At Cosmic Catering, you can simply tell us the kinds of foods you desire and let Monique Campbell design a menu specifically for your function. Or you can choose from one of Cosmic's many sample menus, which range from appetizers to hot buffets to full plate service meals. We'll take care of the rest.

Entrees include Roast Baron of Beef, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Monterey, Baked Wild Salmon, Rack of Lamb, Roasted Turkey, Baked Ham, Herb Chicken and Lasagnas filled with Meat, Seafood or Vegetarian Fillings.

Side dishes include Scalloped, Whipped, Duchess, Mashed, Parisienne or Herb Roasted Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Baby Carrots with a Honey Glaze, Peas, Broccoli and Vegetable Stirfry, etc.

We also offer a variety of decadent desserts, from simple squares to cakes, trifle and pastries, as well as cold meat platters, international cheese platters, fresh fruit platters, specialty ethnic foods is a specialty.
